I am a PhD student of the University of Toronto, supervised by Prof. Nandita Vijaykumar. After completing my master's degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC) under the supervision of Prof. Kwang Moo Yi, I shortly worked as a fellowship PhD student at EPFL and then collaborated with Prof. Leonid Sigal and Prof. Helge Rhodin. Previously, I worked as a Research Intern at Malong Technologies, working with Dr. Weilin Huang and Dr. Sheng Guo. I also worked as a Research Assistant in the Visual Computing Center where I closely collaborated with Prof. Daniel Cohen-Or, Prof. Dani Lischinski, Prof. Minglun Gong, Prof. Hui Huang and other researchers.
My research interests recently lie in 3D computer vision applications, including 3D reconstruction models, neural implicit representations and neural avatar modeling.
Note: I am actively looking for exciting collaboration opportunities. Please drop me an email at zhijiewu@cs.toronto.edu if you are interested.
